Dancing with a hoop can lead to other forms of flow arts like ariel hoop or lyra, manipulation, poi, staff and I'm sure a bunch of other art forms I'm not aware of.

There is a video of a very cool chick doing a modern hoop dance in an empty swimming pool...and I can't find it online for the life of me...I'll keep looking!

Progression and Encouragement

Just to show some progression I thought I would show 2 videos of my islolation practice. I was working on getting down the iso-pop. Here's my first day doing it.

And now here's the next day.
You might not see much difference, but I do:) More smooth, real pop going on and my confidence is improved as a result of documenting these little practice runs.

I suppose this is also documenting how I haven't cleaned up the kitchen either:)
